Terms of Use

By downloading, accessing, or using the Huddl app (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in some regions) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or misuse the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, or to harass, spam, or abuse other users or the service. You may not circumvent any usage limits, security measures, or access controls. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the law.

4. Your content

You own the content you create (huddles, items, comments, photos, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content as needed to provide the Service (e.g. to show it to other members of your huddles). We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

5. Pro / paid features

If we offer paid features or subscriptions (e.g. “Huddl Pro”), billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the rules of the platform (Apple App Store, Google Play) through which you subscribed. We may change pricing or features with notice where required.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim, or as otherwise required by law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Huddl and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your content.

9. Changes

We may change these terms and will notify you (e.g. in-app or by email). Continued use after the change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Huddl operator is established. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction. For questions about these terms, contact us at huddl.support@gmail.com.
